Good composition and clear focal point. Some questions you may want to ask yourself while designing... Is it a run down, dingy, abandoned power plant or is it clean and in working order? Also what is this building a why are we looking at it? The major shapes are there now I think bringing in some added details would help explain what we are looking at. Good job overall now it just needs that extra push.
I really like the third piece with the light source emitting from the doorway. I think it would be cool if you continued this one day if you ever got the time. Repeating what Keith said, the major shapes and composition look great and seem to work well... with latter details and story, I think this could really transform from a successful prelim concept, to a finished illustration quite well.
