Colorful! Overall good visual consistency. Some of the icons are unclear as to what they are, keep in mind that these need to be "iconic" and clear, so mentally check if your image conveys what the icon is. The base need to be looked at, its a nice touch, but I feel like its hurting the overall silhouette and complicating a few of the icons unnecessarily. See what they look like without it.
