  1. I really like your colors in the final image. The shapes are very interesting to look at as well. Out of your thumbnails I like the one you chose for your final image and the top left thumb in the bottom image (I especially like the depth it has). I would have liked to see it pushed a bit further with detail in the foreground! Very nice overall :]

  2. Very interesting shapes. The colors are also nicely chosen and have a great mood. The weakest area is the ramp/platform/walkway. It detracts and weakens the entire piece. There are a few reasons for this. The midground structure has a level of architectural detail that's not matched with the ramp, making the ramp appear unfinished. Also because the ramp is not present in the midground or background, it breaks the nice consistency you have with the three silhouettes. A few suggestions to counteract this: get rid of at least one of the bends of the walkway. Trace the walkway in your perspective grid on a path that will eventually take it to the third, background structure. Nix the solid base for the walkway and instead use some sort or large struts, in order to open up the lower levels for visual interest. Once that walkway has been roughed in, choose strategic breaks in it that strengthen your overall composition and help bring your viewer's eye to your intended focal point, which needs to be established. The use of the gradients are nice, but you should define the forms a bit more on the midground structure. Good start!
